Connecting Foodpanda to Craveva

Overview

Prerequisites

• Active Foodpanda merchant account
• Foodpanda API access (contact your account manager)
• API credentials
• Craveva AI account

Step 1: Request Foodpanda API Access

1. Contact your Foodpanda account manager
2. Request API access for your restaurant
3. Provide business information and use case
4. Once approved, you'll receive:

• - API Key: Your authentication key
• - Restaurant ID: Your restaurant identifier
• - API Documentation: Access to Foodpanda API docs

Step 2: Connect Foodpanda in Craveva

1. Log in to Craveva AI dashboard
2. Navigate to Data Sources → Connect New Data Source
3. Select REST API connector
4. Choose Delivery Platform category
5. Enter connection details:
6. Add custom header: X-Restaurant-ID: Your Restaurant ID
7. Click Test Connection
8. If successful, click Save

• - Auth Type: API Key
