Connecting Qashier POS to Craveva

Overview

This guide will walk you through connecting your Qashier POS system to Craveva AI platform. Once connected, you can create AI agents that analyze sales data, monitor transactions, and provide real-time insights.

Prerequisites

  • Active Qashier POS account
  • Qashier API credentials (API Key)
  • Craveva AI account with appropriate permissions

Step 1: Get Your Qashier API Credentials

  1. Log in to your Qashier merchant dashboard
  2. Navigate to SettingsAPI Access
  3. Generate a new API key if you don't have one
  4. Copy your API Key and Outlet ID (you'll need these in the next step)

Step 2: Connect Qashier in Craveva

  1. Log in to your Craveva AI dashboard
  2. Navigate to Data Sources from the main menu
  3. Click Connect New Data Source
  4. Select POS System as the connection type
  5. Choose Qashier from the list of POS providers
  6. Enter your Qashier credentials:
  7. Click Test Connection to verify
  8. If successful, click Save Connection
  • - API Key: Paste your Qashier API key
  • - Outlet ID: Enter your outlet identifier

Step 3: Verify Connection

  1. Go to Data Sources page
  2. You should see your Qashier connection listed
  3. Click on it to view connection details
  4. Check that the status shows Connected

Step 4: Create Your First Agent

  1. Navigate to Agent Builder
  2. Click Create New Agent
  3. Select Data Analysis as the agent type
  4. Choose your Qashier data source
  5. Configure your agent to analyze sales data
  6. Deploy your agent

Troubleshooting

Connection Failed?

  • Check that your Qashier outlet has recent transactions
  • Verify the outlet ID matches your Qashier dashboard
